Director - Finance - CA (6-10 yrs)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Planning and Analysis:

- To prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports, Monthly Profit and Loss forecast by division (Vs Budget)

- Assist in development of financial planning and analysis exercises/reports.

Cash Management:

- Maintaining Monthly financial report

- Maintaining books of accounts - Opening till final closure.

Finance Management:

- Ensure all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit control.

- Invoice preparation & Verification of the rates, Quantity with purchase orders/ work orders

- Maintaining & controlling the details fo creditors and debtor's payment

- Preparing and maintaining of service Tax, Value added Tax and Tax deducted at source

- Preparing and verification of Debit and Credit notes

- Reconciliation of Bank statements, Debtors & Creditors

- Vendor advance Payments

- Preparation of Profit and loss A/c for cost center wise

- Preparation of monthly, Quarterly and Annual Profit & Loss A/c and Balance sheet

- Preparing of Quarterly TDS return, Monthly TDS Deposited, Preparation and issue of the TDS certificates.

- Payment of service tax, preparing half yearly service tax return.

Budget Management Analysis:

- Monitors expenditures and income related to budget to assure availability of funds. Develop financial business plans and forecasts.

- Assists other branch staff in complying with local, state, and monitors workflow timelines to meet required deadlines.

Accounting and Administration:

- To ensure proper maintenance of all accounting systems and function, supervise company nonprofit's finance staff

- Co-ordinate audits and proper filing of tax returns

Cash Management:

- Oversee weekly cash management, check on weekly payables, executive cheque signing.

- Oversee AR management and provide support to collection activities.
