Job Description
- The Project Manager has the overall responsibility to ensure that the projects are executed with a structured and efficient approach.
- Budget, plan and execute various projects, work packages and tasks
- Ensure delivery within quality, time, and cost targets
- To initiate and driving corrective actions for changes in turbine design aimed at addressing faults and improving turbine performance
- The Project Manager is responsible for keeping the provision and budget updated until it is handed over to implementation.
- Interface with large range of stakeholders in the entire value chain.
- The Project Manager is responsible for the communication and plan is shared with stakeholders across the value chain.
- Obtain Implementation budget (warranty cost) and strategy approval from the Functional Review Board.
- Ensure internal customer handshake in relation to CIM case solution and implementation strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple complex project portfolios or programs
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Structural / Civil / Similar Engineering degree
- You have an engineering background combined with 18+ years of relevant industry and project management experience
- Project management certification is mandatory
- You have the ability to comprehend and navigate within complex technical issues
- You have a knowledge of and experience with Six Sigma and DMAIC
- You have experience in Project Management in multinational matrix organizations
- You are customer and result oriented and possess good cooperation, execution and communication skills
- You possess fluent English communication skills both oral and in written
Competencies
- Relevant PMP certifications
- Exposure to SCRUM and JIRA
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, focusing on good teamwork
- Being flexible and thrive with changes
- Ability to work with ease across different cultures
- Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances
- The ability to manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Good Safety & Ethics Mindset
