The main focus area for Tooling Baseline package team in Tools Operational Readiness is Performing the Maturity Assessments for the Tooling Deliverables needed for Construction and Service Value chain in the NPI Projects and ensure mitigations are implemented to reach 95% maturity by TR6. Securing optimal score for the overall deliverables contributing OTiF(On Time In full) Delivery.
