Job Description
- Blades CIR (Component inspection Report) Review on Vestas CIR Portal and Third Party Drone Portals
- Review and Approve CIR as per Vestas std. guidelines and procedures
- Develop and maintain SWI , Work instructions , SOP, department specific documentation etc. as and when required
- Execute projects to improve quality, process deliverables while reducing process waste
- Achieve monthly review target as per the stakeholder alignment
- Conduct and lead weekly/monthly stakeholder calls to align on scope, trouble-shoot concern , knowledge transfer etc
- Handle field issues, CIM cases, Adhoc events related to turbine operation to improve turbine downtime and to ensure turbine structural integrity
- Support stakeholder with business case or feasibility study
- Active involvement in RCA along with other functions and specialist
- Field trial support for new solution development/deployment for blades
- Create database as needed to support digitization and data analysis
- Develop insightful and value driven BI dashboards.
- Lead and own various board developed to std. and optimize process related to NDT, Drones, SWI etc
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Polymer / Aeronautical Engineering
- Experience of 8 - 14 years
- Site experience on blade repair , scheduled maintenance etc
- Knowledge of Power BI / Data analysis tool is must
- Knowledge of AI(Artificial Intelligence) /ML(Machine Learning) is added advantage
- Knowledge of Jira, CATIA adv. presentation skill is added advantage
- PG Diploma in composites/polymer tech. is added advantage
- Capable of working in international team in flexible work hours
- Work instructions and technical drawings
- Process Design and Process Improvement
- Understand customers needs, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Qualified organization skills, ability to maintain confidentiality
- Efficient computer skills
- Should be a highly motivated attitude and be able to work with little supervision
- Willing to travel to Sites and abroad for assignments
- Able to balance responsibilities and prioritize daily work
- Mature and collaborative towards work and team
- Growth mindset with ability to think out of box
