Job Responsibilities :

- Lead AI/ML projects from conception to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.

- Design and implement machine learning models using Python, LangChain, and other relevant frameworks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.

- Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, providing technical leadership and support.

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and LangChain.

- Troubleshoot and optimize machine learning models for better performance.

- Ensure best practices for model development, deployment, and scalability.

- Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Python and LangChain.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying machine learning models at scale.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and libraries.

- Expertise in LangChain and related tools for AI/ML applications.

- Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing for AI workloads.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

- Familiarity with big data tools and data pipelines.
