Lead Front End Engineer, ML Platforms(Reactjs/React + Typescript/Javascript)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Provide expert guidance in React.js and modern frontend frameworks, enforcing best practices, coding standards, and integrating emerging technologies.

- Innovation and Excellence : Drive innovation through the adoption of new open-source tools and active contributions to the open-source ecosystem.

- Product Centric Development- work closely with ML Engineers, Product design teams, and Data Science to build Enterprise grade Mobile and Web applications using JavaScript and React framework

- Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing frontend team, fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth.

- Project Delivery : Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, collaborating with product managers to define scopes, requirements, and timelines.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure code quality via rigorous reviews, automated testing, and robust CI/CD pipelines.

- Performance Optimization : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure scalable, efficient web applications.

- User Experience : Collaborate with designers and product teams to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces and ensure that the platform features

- Alignment and Goals : Define team objectives aligned with the company's vision, product roadmap, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications :

- 6 - 8 years of web or mobile application development experience in Typescript with React

- Quality experience in having worked on a dynamic Web Enterprise or consumer SAAS app successfully in a team environment

- Core Experience in Zero to One Software Product Development in Front End

- Passion for JavaScript/Typescript as a programming language.

- The candidate must have a deep passion to build deep expertise in JavaScript JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and other UI Frameworks, browser APIs

- Excellent understanding and working experience of Node.js Next JS etc

- Hands on experience in other front-end stacks like Angular or Vuejs

- Excellent hands-on exposure and Understanding of State Management in React (Redux)

- Experience in Managing a team of Front-end engineers is Mandatory

- Thorough understanding of core design principles and common design patterns of React including, Hooks, Context API , Lifecycle methods , Routing etc in React.

- Experience with data visualization, familiarity with design concepts

- Passion for user experience: demonstrated ability to work closely with designers and build products and services that bring best experiences to consumers.

- Excellent coding skills writes code that is well structured, idiomatic, reusable, & easy to understand

- Capacity to take requirements & break them down into actionable tech tasks

- Familiar with testing at multiple levels, and doing test driven development

- Excellent communicator : Team player and continuous learner who can work collaboratively with a small team

- Fast Learner- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
