Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain robust web applications using Django, Flask, and custom Python frameworks.

- Lead the design and implementation of Video Management Systems (VMS) and Network Video Recorder (NVR) web projects.

- Work extensively with video streaming technologies and protocols such as RTSP, HLS, and WebRTC.

- Design and integrate AI-based alert and notification systems for live and recorded video feeds.

- Develop APIs for real-time video processing and management functionalities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.

- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues.

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Python development.

- Strong proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks.

- Exposure to custom Python frameworks (preferred).

- Hands-on experience with video streaming protocols and technologies.

- Knowledge of VMS and NVR systems.

- Basic understanding of AI frameworks such as YOLO, OpenCV, or TensorFlow.

- Proficiency in version control tools like Git.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience working with 360-degree video applications.

- Familiarity with MediaMTX or similar streaming servers.

- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
