- Implement a multi-touch integrated demand generation strategy encompassing email marketing, social media, paid advertising, ABM, Dark Social, and event marketing, ensuring robust pipeline development and client acquisition and penetration.
- Develop and execute innovative demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and accelerate revenue growth. Build comprehensive campaigns leveraging modern tools, techniques, and platforms to generate leads.
- Lead and mentor a team of Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, Events, Design and Graphics, and inside sales team.
- Implement best practices and processes to optimize the inside sales funnel, from lead generation to conversion.
- Collaborate closely with sales team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments to target, developing strategies to penetrate and capture market share.
- Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Lead by example in adopting modern ways of lead generation and demand generation.
Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, including experience with outbound and inbound marketing
- Experience working in a start-up ecosystem
- Demonstrable success driving pipeline growth and revenue through integrated campaigns
- Team Management Experience
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content
- Experience managing budgets and ability to balance competing priorities effectively
