Associate Director - Account Managment (Large Corporates Segment)

- We are tracking at $30m ARR. In India, Clear has 3 platform solutions for the CFO's office.

- Mission for Associate Director - Account Management
- Drive Clear's account management charter in the geography. Lead and coach a five-member team of Strategic Account Managers in engaging with CFOs at Fortune 500 and top-tier Indian enterprises understanding their business challenges and creating value through Clear's technology solutions.
Role Outcomes:
- Revenue Growth: Lead the team to achieve sales targets through exceptional account management.
- Grow revenues by building deep client relationships, identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Client Retention and References: Become the partner of choice for the client team, create stickiness and grow NRR.
- Leverage the deep relationships and success stories for references that grows Clear's business
- Team Management: Groom the individual contributors to become sales superstars and leaders.
- Build the right sales discipline, process and habits that become the foundation of a winning sales team.
Key Experiences:
Account Management:
- Proven track record in delivering account management targets - upsell, cross-sell and renewals.
- Building deep client relationships, especially with CXOs.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, upsell products/services, and effectively close deals.
Client Management:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in understanding and proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
Coaching:
- Enjoys coaching individuals, positively impacting clients and/or the company.
- Setting clear performance goals and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback.
Voice of Customer:
- Experience coordinating with internal project teams and senior managers to ensure successful service delivery.
- Proficiency in analyzing account performance data to assess client satisfaction and develop actionable insights for strategy optimization.
Key Requirements:
- An MBA degree from a reputed institute.
- 4+ years B2B value selling experience / SaaS, overall 10+ years of experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Learning mindset.
- Thrive in a startup environment.
