Manager - Sales Development Representative


Clear's Vision:

Clear is simplifying and digitizing the CFO's office.

Our pioneering technology is transforming the CFO's office in complex charters, such as compliance, accounts payable and financing. This is driving productivity and efficiency along with a significant change in compliance for our clients.

Clear works with 4000+ corporates and 6 lac SMEs. This has propelled our CAGR to 70% for the last three years. We are tracking at $30m ARR. In India, Clear has 3 platform solutions for the CFO's office. And we have successfully expanded to new geographies - GCC/Saudi and SEA/Malaysia. As countries (20+) digitize compliance, we are best positioned to leverage the tailwinds and transform the CFOs office.

Mission for SDR Manager:

We are seeking a results-oriented SDR Manager to lead a team of SDR's it is a critical role in building pipelines, developing team members, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance targets. This role requires deep experience in SaaS sales, strong leadership capabilities, and a data-driven approach to sales management

Key Experiences:

1. Team Leadership & Development:

- Recruit, onboard, and train SDRs to deliver exceptional performance.

- Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team KPIs.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

2. Strategy & Execution:

- Design and implement SDR workflows, scripts, and outreach strategies tailored to our SaaS offerings.

- Align SDR activities with sales and marketing initiatives to optimize lead quality.

- Develop scalable processes to increase efficiency and productivity

3. Pipeline Management:

- Monitor and manage lead generation efforts to ensure a healthy pipeline.

- Collaborate with sales leaders to ensure qualified leads transition smoothly to the sales team.

- Work with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

4. Metrics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze SDR performance metrics (e.g., call volume, email open rates, qualified leads, conversions).

- Generate regular reports for senior leadership.

- Use insights to refine strategies and improve team performance

5. Technology & Tools:

- Manage CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

- Ensure SDRs are effectively utilizing tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or HubSpot to optimize outreach efforts.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years in SaaS sales, with at least 2 years managing an SDR team.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.

- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and lead qualification processes.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot).

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
