- As part of its growth strategy, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to drive our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, strengthen the relationships with product partners, and lead marketing initiatives that generate growth and visibility in a competitive market.

Role Overview:

- The Marketing Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives lead generation, brand awareness, and sales growth. This role will focus on collaborating with product partners on joint GTM strategies, leading joint campaigns, and positioning the company as a leader in the IT consulting space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to support business goals across Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, Conversational AI, and SAP solutions.

- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with product partners (e.g., Kore.AI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, SAP) to create joint GTM strategies, co-branded campaigns, and joint marketing efforts to drive customer engagement and sales opportunities.

- Lead Generation: Drive multi-channel lead generation efforts, including digital marketing, content creation, webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives.

- Brand Management: Build and enhance brand recognition through consistent messaging, positioning, and creative marketing initiatives that highlight our expertise in key sectors.

- Campaign Development: Develop targeted marketing campaigns to promote service offerings, generate leads, and support sales initiatives.

- Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and marketing collateral that resonates with target audiences.

- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to continuously refine the marketing approach and positioning.

- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team while managing relationships with external agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, conferences, and partner-driven activities to enhance customer engagement and thought leadership.

- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in IT services, consulting, or related industries.

- Proven track record of developing and executing GTM strategies and partner marketing campaigns in collaboration with product vendors.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies such as RPA, AI, and SAP solutions.

- Experience with lead generation and pipeline-building through multi-channel marketing strategies.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams and senior leadership.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

- Prior experience managing marketing for a consulting or IT services firm and working within partner ecosystems related to Kore.AI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, SAP is a plus.
