Senior Counsellor - Continual Improvement - Food Quality (14-20 yrs)

- The Senior Counselor - Continual Improvement in Food Safety and Quality will lead and support initiatives aimed at improving the technical expertise of FSQ professionals, support the Food Business Operators in strengthening their processes and practices, and boosting the culture of excellence in FSQ.

- The candidate will contribute towards expanding the training, and consulting portfolio of the team and position FACE as a leading partner in national and global dialogues and recognition related to FSQ.

- The candidate will design, and deliver high quality training modules on Lean/TPM, Six Sigma, problem-solving techniques, and other tools pertinent to Quality with a focus on robust Food Safety Systems and Regulations.

- The candidate will align the FSQ portfolio with emerging global and national concerns, risks, and challenges related to FSQ, and strengthen consultancy assignments.

- The candidate will be responsible for creating a pool of technical experts including highly respected faculty from academia, industry and global alliances as well as senior assessors (with industry exposure) who will be engaged in the FSQ training and knowledge exchange programs.

- The candidate will co-create standardized training and assessment templates, and processes for common programs, and contribute to the knowledge creation by the team through periodic publications, and dialogues. The candidate will contribute to writing proposals tailored to specific requirements of the industry and/or government for funding by industry, global funding agencies, and others.
