IndiaFilings is one of India's largest online business services platforms, helping entrepreneurs and businesses with compliance, tax filings, and regulatory support. We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our data-driven decision-making process and optimize our operations.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst for a 3-month contract to assist in data analysis, reporting, and business process improvements. The candidate must have strong Excel skills, and experience with Tableau or other BI tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data to provide insights for operations, finance, and customer engagement.
• Develop advanced Excel reports, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas.
• Create and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
• Assist in automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data modeling, and automation).
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools (added advantage).
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver insights within tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of business process optimization and automation tools.
