Job Title: Service Department Non-Voice Process

Job Summary:

IndiaFilings is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals for a Non-Voice Process role in our Service Department. This position is ideal for candidates who can handle back-end operations, process customer requests, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle back-office tasks related to business registration, tax filing, and compliance.
• Process customer requests and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Maintain service quality and accuracy while processing requests.
• Work with CRM tools and internal systems to update customer records.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Any graduate can apply.
• Good written communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in non-voice/BPO back-office work is an added advantage.
