Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Serve as a Front-End Compliance Advisor, managing key accounts and ensuring effective client engagement, coordination, and payment follow-up and collection.

2. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for document collection and coordination, assisting our backend accountants with processes such as startup registration, ledger accounting, payroll processing, compliance with the Companies Act, and various tax and intellectual property registrations.

3. Address client requests and resolve queries through phone coordination on a daily basis.

4. This is a desk-based position focused on client coordination, rather than a field job.

5. The role involves client calls for coordination and relationship management, including collection and follow-up for service and subscription renewals, as part of our upselling and cross-selling efforts.
