We are seeking a dynamic and driven Media Sales to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and achieving business targets with a primary focus on increasing revenues. You will identify and onboard prospective Agencies for North Region, manage a robust sales pipeline, and develop long-term strategies for process improvement.

What you will do:
-Plan, strategize, and achieve business targets with a focus on increasing revenues.
-Identify prospective publishers and onboard them.
-Manage a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rates and revenue.
-Conduct presentations, build relationships, and negotiate contracts.
-Develop long-term strategies for process improvement.
-Grow existing relationships and explore new opportunities.
Requirements
-1-3 years of experience managing long and complex sales cycles while maintaining strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
-Strong team player with a go-getter mindset.
-Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
-Robust analytical skill set.
-Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
-Strong first-principles thinking, high intellectual curiosity, drive, and persuasive skills.
