Responsibilities:
Provide top notch customer service in a fast-paced environment
Educate and assist customers and health care providers with Verisys services and data Maintain high-performance metrics around quality, accuracy, as well as customer satisfaction Be able to make sound decisions while keeping the customer and company in mind Ability to work independently while doing what s best for our customers
Involved in all aspects of customer service, including solving problems, answering questions
