Job Description: Sales Executive (2-5 Years Experience)
Position: Sales Executive
Experience: 2-5 Years in any sales profile
Salary: ₹3,25,000 to ₹4,00,000 PA
Location: All over India (Travel Required)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Making Quotations:
• Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients based on their requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure competitive pricing and accurate product specifications.
2. Finalizing Orders with Clients:
• Engage with clients to finalize deals, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Client Visits & Documentation:
• Travel across India to meet with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation of all interactions, including contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
• Regularly report on sales performance and market trends.
5. Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the marketing, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales role (experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across India for client visits.
• Good knowledge of sales processes, CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
