HR Generalist

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

• Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
• Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Foster a positive work culture and maintain workplace harmony.

3. Attendance & Leave Management:

• Track and maintain employee attendance records.
• Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with leave policies.
• Generate attendance reports and handle discrepancies.

4. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

• Assist in processing monthly payroll, including salary calculations and deductions.
• Handle Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and gratuity-related tasks.
• Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and statutory benefits.

5. Compliance & Policies:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.
• Maintain records for Shops & Establishments (S&E), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliance.
• Assist in audits and inspections related to HR functions.

6. Performance Management:

• Support the appraisal and performance review process.
• Help in identifying training and development needs.
• Assist managers in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for employees.

7. Exit & Full & Final Settlement:

• Manage employee resignations, notice periods, and exit interviews.
• Handle clearance formalities and final settlements.
• Maintain records of departing employees and ensure a smooth transition.
