Job Description
- Order to delivery , Local : 24 hours, Outstation : 48 hours
- Claim settlement of saleable returns within 3 working days from the date of receipt with 100% accuracy & Non saleable returns within 25 days from the date of receipt with 100% accuracy.
- Goods Inward Entry (MIGO ) in SAP within 24 hrs of the receipt of the consignment without technical issues of expiry/price with 100% accuracy.
- Collection of cheques & deposition for local and outstation stockists as per SOP .
- Stock accuracy at locations in all terms Batch wise and quantity with 100 % accuracy UOM Sign & stamp Monthly statement.
- EBS stock transfer timely dispatch, packing list and stock accuracy @target 100%.
- Nr. Expiry Stock transfers to be executed within 2 working days of receipt of the advice with 100% accuracy .
- GMP/GDP/ EHS compliances adherence at locations with relevant changes in infrastructure on on going basis with 100% accuracy.
- Training on Cold and cool chain Management , SOP , Customer Satisfaction , SAP to Managers.
- Ensure Audits rating with satisfactory or Good ratings at locations with proactive preparedness and readiness on going basis.
- Complaint /issue handling at CFA turn over time with in 24 hrs
- Saleable returns analysis & tracking division wise
- Liaising with Department ( FSSAI/Drug/Labour)
- Handling to Manpower .
- Product Complaint from Stockists /Patient.
- Handling Internal & External Audits .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology which really a good sign for us. work culture is good but need to improve @ senior level. few company policies need to re look where company can gain more market share as per other peer company. Relation be twin higher management and base line workers need to improve.
Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high but managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time. envelopment of any serious issue is lees from senior front.
