• Thorough understanding of Enterprise Networking, NOC operations incident/problem/change management
• Sizing the manpower requirements in various technologies and should have good understanding of Routing, Switching, Network Security, Wireless and NMS/ITSM tools
• Deep understanding of client requirements in managed services (MS) such as manpower support, NOC monitoring and end to end managed services solutioning,
• Attending client meetings with business team and pitch for MS offerings

Creating solution documents/proposals for MS requirements

Minimum CCNA/CCNP certified and should have worked in NOC environment with strong communication skills and written English proficiency

Minimum graduate and should have 10 to 15 years of experience in managed services domain
