Responsibilities :
- Provide expert technical support for Morpheus to global HPE customers, resolving issues via phone, email, or remote sessions.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to vendors in a timely manner.
- Leverage internal resources and expertise to provide effective solutions to customer problems.
- Collaborate with other technology teams to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and adhere to SLA timeframes.
- Contribute to the team's overall productivity and performance.
- Participate in problem management, post-incident reviews, and root cause analysis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Managed Service environments.
- Morpheus Certified Administrator certification (preferred).
- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment.
- Strong understanding of Morpheus administration, operation, and management.
- Experience with Morpheus Identity and Access, Provisioning, multi-tenant models, self-service, App/IaC type Blueprints, App monitors, Plans, prices, and costing.
