Officer/Executive: Product Marketing For Pharma Company Pune

Role & responsibilities :

• Coordinating with the field team and fulfilling their requirements for product information materials, etc. Obtaining CRM approvals and following up on them.
• Obtaining CME approvals and following up with the requirements. Approving and following up on additional sample requirements.
• Organizing events and camps for brand promotion. Attending sponsorship events with the required materials.
• Collecting monthly sample requirements, approving them, and following up. Overseeing the printing of all promotional materials and ensuring follow-up.
• Preparing and dispatching gift inputs to doctors and distributors. Maintaining records of CRM and CME data.
• Managing the stock of visual aids, LBLs, and other promotional materials. Resolving queries generated by field personnel related to products. Distributing new joiner kits with the necessary materials.
• Tracking dispatched PS consignments for monthly and additional sample requirements. Updating and following up on activities on the WhatsApp group "Training and Activities." Preparing and executing for new product launches.
• Communicating with the design team for promotional and launching material requirements. Conducting monthly factory visits to check on the dispatch of PS products. Coordination with managers for regular update for TGT Vs ach sheet
• Input identification eg gift inputs and discussion with Purchases team. Preparation of data for LBL through various research paper available on net.
• Preparation of training material for sales team for eg. Ppt. Coordinating with Managers for doctors enquires or customer enquiries LBL and other inputs to be checked before printing Connecting with field force via email to understand their needs.
• Connecting with potential Doctors and customer for their needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Pharma Marketing.
• Relevant Experience in Pharma
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail and internet functions.
