Job Title: Asst Manager (Finance and Accounts):
Key Responsibilities:
1) Inward Remittance Management:
a. Take full ownership of inward remittance processes, including:
i. Following up on necessary documents.
ii. Uploading required documents.
iii. Managing invoice lodgement.
iv. Coordinating with banks to ensure remittance is received in the company account on time.
2) Outward Remittance Management:
a. Take full responsibility for outward remittance processes by:
i. Coordinating with consultants for generating 15CA/CB forms.
ii. Providing required documents to banks.
iii. Ensuring timely completion of outward remittance transactions.
3) Inventory Control:
a. Work closely with the Operations team to:
i. Plan and verify inventory.
ii. Prepare inventory variance reports.
iii. Analyse product-wise consumption.
iv. Implement and monitor controls for effective inventory management.
4) Security Deposit Management:
a. Prepare monthly reports for security deposit receipts and payables.
b. Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure timely recovery of funds.
5) Agreement Management:
a. Maintain and organize agreements.
b. Identify and highlight agreement expiry dates to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely action.
6) Responsible for coordinating with bank:
a. Providing periodical information to bank.
b. One person contact for coordinating with bank etc.
