Lead Product Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (6-8 yrs)

Role Overview :

As a Lead Product Designer at Vegapay, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging designs that meet the needs of our users and align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design process from concept to final implementation.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience.

- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Required Skills :

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design.

- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
