About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic & Web Designer to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will leverage your creativity and technical expertise to design visually stunning graphics and build responsive, user-centric websites. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver designs that are both functional and aligned with our brand identity

Key Responsibilities :

Graphic Design :

- Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.

- Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, banners, packaging designs, and advertisements.- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials to enhance brand identity.

Web Design :

- Design responsive, user-centric websites that align with company and client needs.

- Maintain and improve existing websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and remain up-to-date.

- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of web designs and functionality.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have :

- Proven experience in graphic, UI, and web design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.

- Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web design.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

Good-to-Have :

- Familiarity with frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

- Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
