Vegam Solutions - Business Analyst - Planning & Scheduling (3-8 yrs)

Job Summary:

The role involves collaborating with clients and technical teams to identify business challenges and assess solution compatibility.

A strong understanding of planning and scheduling activities is essential, as is conducting requirement analysis to determine the best approach for Vegam Production Scheduler.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, configuring solutions, and identifying product features based on customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with clients and technical resources to identify their business problems and translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical requirements for development teams.

- Leading Product implementation and work on strategies to improve the process.

- With knowledge of Planning & Production Scheduling of manufacturing industry, participate in solution design, development, and testing phases to ensure successful project delivery.

- Requirement analysis to identify solution fitment and approach for Vegam Production Scheduler and develop the right approach to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Document Requirements and Solution configuration.

- Identify Product Features based on customer feedback.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or relevant experience.

Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in production scheduling & planning in the manufacturing industry.

- At least a year of experience in product or project development, with specific expertise in manufacturing and scheduling workflows.

- Experience in working with customers, creating/designing solutions for their requirements and existing business processes.

Manufacturing Domain Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and production scheduling work flows.

- Familiarity with applications like SAP, MES and manufacturing KPIs.
