ASSISTANT TO MANAGER

Veego Instruments Corporation, located at Andheri-East, Mumbai is looking for candidates for the post of Assistant Manager.

• Qualifications: Graduation in any stream.
• Experience: Experience of 1-3 years as an Office Assistant or Assistant Manager. Preference to experience in pharmaceutical industry or small devices industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of MS Office tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preference to candidates who have experience in telecalling.
• The role will require the candidate to visit our production units (also based in Andheri-East) from time to time. The candidate may be required to visit customer locations if required.
• Job Profile:
• Handle commercial and technical queries from potential customers via phone and email.
• Manage customer queries through web-based channels like WhatsApp, Indiamart, TradeIndia, and other business portals.
• Co-ordinate with the production team and customers for production scheduling and final delivery of instruments.
• Coordinate with field staff to schedule customer visits for various service requirements.
• Provide online demonstration of instruments to prospective customers.
