Role & responsibilities

1. Data Management:
   
• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee information, performance data, and attendance.
• Assist with HR database management and ensure data is up to date.
• Support HR reporting requirements by organizing and compiling data for analysis.

1. Coordination with CHRO:
   
• Provide administrative support to the CHRO, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Assist with communication between the HR team and other departments, ensuring alignment and smooth operations.
• Help in organizing HR-related events, workshops, and meetings for the leadership team.

1. Small Tasks and Administrative Support:
   
• Handle various small administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and handling incoming inquiries.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure all HR documentation is kept secure.

1. Other HR Support:
   
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives and HR-related projects as needed.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
