Process Associate Ecommerce

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning, mapping, extracting, and classifying data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of data management processes.

Key Responsibilities

1.Identify and resolve data quality issues such as missing or inconsistent data.

2.Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and validation checks.

3.Map data from various sources to standard data formats.

4.Align data structures and formats between different systems to ensure compatibility.

5.Extract data from multiple databases, systems, or external sources.

6.Automate data extraction processes to enhance efficiency.

7.Categorize and label data to support data-driven insights.

8.Implement classification methods and rules to streamline data organization.

9.Use statistical tools and techniques to interpret data sets and present findings.

10. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present data insights.

11.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.

12.Maintain detailed documentation of data workflows, processes, and findings.

13.Ensure all data processes adhere to company standards and best practices

Qualification: Any Degree with Commerce Background( For Freshers 2023/2024 Passed out Preferred)
