About the Job :

Vecmocon is seeking a motivated Software developer with an interest in js technologies. As a software developer, you will be primarily responsible for the development and enhancement of the web and mobile applications. These applications are crucial to support Vecmocon's core product offerings. You should have a foundational understanding of back-end technologies and a strong desire to work in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems.

- Implement efficient and secure APIs to power web and mobile applications.

- Optimize database queries and system performance.

- Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to define and implement seamless data exchange.

- Develop and maintain backend infrastructure, including servers, databases, and deployment pipelines.

- Contribute to the development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, as needed.

- Learn and adapt to new frontend and mobile technologies as required.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science or a related field.

- Good proficiency in Python and Node.js.

- Understanding of REST API design and implementation.

- Good knowledge of databases and ORM principles.

- Familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.

- Awareness of web security principles.

- Eagerness to learn about NoSQL databases.

- Interest in message queues and MQTT protocols.

- Understanding of API design and microservices principles (real-time and event-driven).

- Experience of working with Frontend Frameworks like React.js and React Native.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with guidance.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.
