Executive - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to ensure data accuracy and smooth HR operations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards
• Manage reporting related to employee records, benefits, and workforce audits
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date HR systems and documentation
• Support the implementation of HR software updates and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:

• Experience working with HRIS platforms
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance regulations and legal requirements
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
