Job Title: Housekeeping Cum Food Court Executive
Job Summary: The Housekeeping Cum Food Court Executive is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the premises and ensuring efficient operations within the food court. This role combines the responsibilities of housekeeping, customer service, and food court management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Duties:
Ensure the cleanliness of all public areas, restrooms, food court seating areas, and common spaces.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.
Maintain cleanliness of food court kitchens and back-end areas.
Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, chairs, and floors.
Ensure waste disposal and trash bins are emptied regularly.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs needed.
Food Court Operations:
Assist in the daily opening and closing of the food court, including setting up seating arranagements and ensuring smooth operation.
Ensure food court staff follow health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store keeper for the supply
Assist customers and resolving any queries.
Ensure food court seating is arranged efficiently and cleaned between uses.
Monitor the food court environment for cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
Provide a positive and welcoming environment for customers, assisting with any needs or concerns.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor at all times.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Ensure adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and food court items (e.g., napkins, condiments, cutlery).
Order supplies as needed and track inventory to prevent shortages.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure food court and housekeeping activities are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Adhere to safety protocols when using cleaning products and equipment.
Ensure all food handling practices follow hygiene and food safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
Hotel management or equivalent(required); additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in housekeeping, food court, or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
