Role & Responsibilities:

- Prepare Tenders: Create bids to help bring in new business.

- Develop proposals: Present project proposals.

- Negotiate terms: Discuss, draft, review and negotiate contract terms.

- Manage Budgets: Estimate budgets and timescales.

- Manage schedules: Oversee construction schedules.

- Monitor progress: Attend site meetings to monitor progress.

- Ensure Compliances: Ensure contract meet legal and company standards.

- Manage risks: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the project.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Tech (Civil) with over 20 years of experience in Contract Management.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.

- Proficient in contract drafting, review, and compliance management.
