Alankit - Tender Head (12-18 yrs)

- Identifying the latest floated Govt tenders through various Govt portals

- Business development, strategic initiatives, business alliances.

- Analysing the bid details, solutions, concepts including associated risks.

- Leading bid & tender management team to enhance its effectiveness.

- Review team performance initiate steps to improve quality & productivity

- Enable informed decision making (go-no-go) for bidding for specific project.

- Proposal Management, Tendering, Writing and Preparation of PPT/ Presentations

- Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines set by the tendering authority or body

- Develop and customize profiles/CVs of key experts as per bid requirements of the ToR.

- Liaise with CXO's & government officials for initiating prospective project collaboration.

- Attend project meetings, present solution and objection handling on company's behalf.

- Manage key relationships with corporate clients, govt. Agencies and business partners.
