Operations Head - FAO - Service Delivery (15-18 yrs)

1. Responsible for both India & US operations. Hands on experience related AP, AR, O2C along with Payroll process.

2. Planning and execution of process level reviews including revenue assurance, KPI assurance, procurement, payroll, bids/gate reviews etc. Role requires documentation of key control steps, testing processes, reporting observations to stake holders and obtaining agreement on proposed recommendation.

2. Finance BPO transition experience is must

3. Investigations: Lead investigations pertaining to frauds/data-leakage/data theft and high severity matters.

4. Project Management: Expected to assist in internal/ external/client reviews & SOC audits.

5. Transition & Service Delivery planning - Should have played a key role in process transitioning and streamlining the operations

6. Automation: Knowledge on Transformation tool/ RPA ( Robotics Process Automation) - Preferable.
