Business Development India head with 15-20 years of experience in sales particularly into Domestic & International BPO business and Digital Transformation. We're looking for a leader who's ready to make a significant impact on our growing business
- Proven track record and experience in revenue expansion by developing profitable & productive business and managing the Account/Category P&L
- Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing BD/sales team with the ability to build strong relationships with the key stakeholders
- Responsible for end-end solutions for closing a contract
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Proven Skills in setting up Business Processes, Service Experience Management, Managing Large teams, Strategic Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Business Development, Sales & Migration, Solutions Architect, Business Transformation, Digital Practice Democratization
- Experienced in setting up and commissioning new BPO infrastructure, Resource planning and building self-directed teams.
- A growth mind-set with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work culture that encourages growth, collaboration, and innovation.
- Experience in closing the Pricing, Commercial Contracts & Program Management
- Should have experience interacting with CXO's of different organizations and strong contacts at both Domestic and International level.
