Role & responsibilities

Responsible for daily monitoring of blowing power consumption.

• Responsible for pre-conditioning of Pre-forms.
• Responsible for proper blowing of Bottles during the production.
• Controlling the wastage of Pre-form during blowing.
• Responsible for GMP on blow-moulding Area.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of the machines.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & annual maintenance of All Blow-moulding machines, Air-conveyors & Chillers
• Responsible for monitoring of Chiller's temperature hourly basis.
• Responsible for wear shoe covers & caps before enter the blow-moulding room during production.
• Responsible for maintaining change room.
• Responsible for maintaining operational & maintenance records.
• Responsible for daily calculation of pre-form yields of Aquafina & CSD both.
• Responsible to Indent spares for maintenance as per requirement. 4,

Preferred candidate profile

5- 7 years of experience
