Financial

• Responsible for achieving sales target
• Responsible for managing complete store operations including roll out of product promotion schemes
• Responsible for managing all cash transactions at the outlet. (sale & deposit in bank should be reconciled)
• Responsible for proper cost control (keeping a check on daily expenses at outlet)

Customer Oriented

• Address customer needs & advice on right products
• Ensuring settlement of warranty claim of the customers
• Attending to the dispatch related queries of the customers

People Oriented

• Monitoring performance of CCA and Helpers to ensure that all the customers are attended properly
• Ensuring staff reports on time and maintains grooming standards issues by the Company
• Ensure continuous learning & development of team through trainings, feedback, etc.

Internal Business Process

• Periodical checking of inventory in the outlet
• Maintaining ledger for material incoming to and out going from outlet and ensuring proper rotation of stock
• Handling all opening & day end processes of the store
• Responsible for proper display & hygiene at store.
• Responsible for generation of Daily sales report, cash report, monthly closing report etc.
• Ensuring roll out of company issued guidelines like VM etc.
• Receipt & dispatch of sales promotional material like samples, gifts & stationary etc.
