Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Core HR

Job Context : We are looking for a knowledgeable Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant specializing in the Core HR module to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, enabling them to effectively support in optimizing their HR functions. You will work closely to analyse their HR needs, configure the Core HR module, and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Collaborate to understand business processes, challenges, and goals related to the Core HR module.

- Lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Fusion Core HR module, ensuring it aligns with requirements and industry best practices.

- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system configuration.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of system functionality and integration.

- Provide training to HR personnel and end-users on the Core HR module functionalities, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Core HR module with other Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems.

- Stay updated on Oracle Fusion enhancements and HR best practices, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Incumbent should have minimum 2 implementation experience.
