Supply Planning/ Demand Planning Analyst- Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Driving RM/PM availability (For RMPM Planning Manager)
• Inventory norms for RM/PM
• Be part of Weekly Concentrate S&OP with Pepsi team
• Planning of different categories of RM/PM (e.g. Surag, Closure, PUFome, Lable etc.)
• Be part of material transition management
• Close coordination with the factory team to understand the production requirement and ensure RM/PM availability
• Responsible for production availability of premium juices across location
• Inventory planning and production planning at factories
• Drive scientific distribution management of premium juices
• Ensure freshness as per the norm
• Close coordination with factories and warehouses for delivery
• Product availability and manage stock outs
• Drive consensus planning for premium products
• Establish S&OP for Premium products

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA from premier B-School (2016-2018 batch) with relevant Planning and SCM experiences or tire 2 institute with 8-10 years of experience with Demand Planning or Production Planning experience. Very good exposure in excel and analytical mind.
