BTech or Be Qualified - Executive /Assistant Manager - Production

Role & responsibilities

1. Working in all 3 Shifts rotationally by leading average 100 permanent company Union workers and average 300 contractual workers in every shift.

2. Working on the planning of production and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of various mechanical equipments to enhance the equipment reliability and increase machine uptime.

3. To ensure implementation of all company policy for Production, Quality, Hygiene & Maintenance and implement SOP in packing section.

4. Ensuring smooth Processing of products in the plant and analyzing & reducing the incidence of breakdowns and develop strategies to improve overall reliability and safety of the plant.

5. Executing optimization of plant machinery.

6. Leading CAPEX Making for new activities in plant and Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), as handling KK Pillar .

7. Managing auditing reports and regular production activities and forecast requirements, schedule expenditures, and analyze variance.

8. Working on maintaining PM and WIP wastages as per norms.

9. Working on maintaining OEE of plant as per norms.

10. Monitoring & increasing the productivity through continuous improving process in the packing area.

11. Monitoring weights and measure of finish goods are complied with standard.

12. Assuring the execution of all corrective action plans for respective audits carried out by various auditors related to EHS, QUALITY and OPERATION.

13. Ensuring packing machines are maintained in good workable conditions and facilitate the preventive maintenance program with maintenance team.

14. Controlling packing material inventory for specific packing and report usages for appropriate replenishment.

15. Providing team with regular coaching, feedback, support and guidance.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech. (Mechanical) qualified professional with 3-9 years of extensive experience in Production & Maintenance in FMCG sector/Beverage with excellent project management skills and experience in Planning & Management
