Recovery Manager.

Job Summary

Varthana is looking for a "Recovery Manager" who will be managing delinquent accounts in the hard buckets. The Candidate will be responsible for managing timely overdue payments, and ensuring there are zero delinquencies for the branch. The "Recovery Manager" will also be coordinating with lawyers and agencies for solving disputes with the customers, or coordinating directly with the delinquent customers.

Key Role Deliverables

• This is an individual profile, not a team profile.
• Product is a School loan (Secured) product.
• Customer engagement by providing necessary information about the date of payment and regularly taking feedback about the company.
• Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
• Managing the timely payment of the overdue and following up regularly with the delinquent customers to make sure that payments are done.
• Sufficient knowledge on secured loans (HL, Affordable LAP, LAP) is required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidate must have experience in school loans, LAP, mortgage loans etc.
• CIBIL must be clear (no overdues).
• A minimum of 4 years of collection experience in the secured loan field is mandatory.
• Must be open to travel.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Must be holding a valid driving license.
