Experience: 3 to 8 years( CA) or 5-14 years(MBA -finance) with with Manufacturing company only

Education - CA/CMA/MBA

Note :- if any any MBA finance but big Manufacturing industry with working and experience 5-14 years

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with 3-8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in ceramics/Manufacturing . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage Finance & Accounts (F&A) operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ General Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Manage and Supervision the accounts team for General Accounting, MIS, Budgeting & Costing functions.
• Finalize Financial Statements, P&L, Cash Flow (CF), Balance Sheet (BS), and Operating MIS.

✅ Compliance & Taxation:

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Excise, and Income Tax regulations.
• Manage audits and coordinate with statutory and tax auditors.

✅ Cash Flow & Banking:

• Plan and manage cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Handle banking relationships, including negotiating credit limits, interest rates, and transaction costs.

✅ Process Improvement & IT Initiatives:

• Identify gaps in financial processes and implement robust solutions.
• Lead ERP implementation and IT initiatives related to accounting.

✅ Inventory & Coordination:

• Oversee stock-taking, inventory valuation, and financial reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, debtors, auditors, and statutory bodies.
