Role & responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the companys financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Billing
• Invoicing
• BOQ

Admin

• Managing office operations: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Managing records: Organize and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Managing correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
• Managing appointments: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange events
• Managing finances: Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and billing
• Managing communications: Facilitate communication between employees, clients, and customers
• Managing staff: Supervise administrative personnel and answer employee queries
• Managing travel: Arrange travel for employees and executives
• Managing events: Coordinate office events and corporate catering
• Managing procedures: Review and coordinate office procedures to ensure company policies are followed

Preferred candidate profile

B Com graduate, 1 to 4 yrs experience
