Key Functionalities of Senior Manager- Accounts & Finance

1. Oversee timely accounting and preparation of books of accounts

2. Coordinate with banker on timely basis and monitor interest payments to banks and ensure that monthly interest payment is made on correct rate of Interest

3. Coordinate with Operations team to

• Ensure Invoicing is done as per terms of agreement w.r.t each site and ensue that there is no under billing
• Identify whether there are any potential revenue leakages and take corrective action on a monthly basis

4. Coordinate with H.R Team to

• Determine whether resources are deployed as per agreed terms of respective sites
• Ensure total Human resource cost w.r.t each site is done as per Minimum Wages Act and total cost is adequately captured
• Ensure that every resource deployed at various client sites have been billed on a monthly basis

5. Follow up with clients for collection of receivables as per credit terms agreed with client

6. Negotiate with Bankers for short term working capital funds as and when required.

7. Ensure effective utilisation of inventory of Uniforms , cleaning consumables and other products and optimise inventory levels

8. Delegate the day to day accounting functions to the accounts team by fixing their responsibilities and ensure their timely completion of assigned tasks

9. Filing of GST Returns and payment of TDS in time and filing relevant quarterly returns

10. Prepare Monthly Management Information System(MIS) and Preparing regular reports on account status and sales forecasts and client feedback.

11. Follow up team to ensure all the statutory liabilities are discharged within timelines stipulated by the act and also ensure timely return Filing.

12. Coordinate with Statutory Auditors to complete Tax audit and Statutory audit.

13. Follow up with Company Secretary to meet all ROC compliances. Role & responsibilities
