Sr. Accounts & Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
2. Taxation:
• Manage GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
• Handle tax audits and liaise with tax authorities.
• Optimize tax planning strategies.
3. Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Conduct variance analysis and suggest corrective actions.
• Advise on cost control and profitability improvement.
4. Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise internal and external audits.
5. Team Management:
• Mentor and guide the finance and accounting team.
• Enhance team productivity through efficient delegation and training.

• Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), or MBA in Finance.

Experience:

• Minimum of 6-8 years in accounting, finance, taxation, and financial planning in corporates.
• Prior experience in a managerial role is a must.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
