Key Skills and Qualifications:

Analytical Expertise:

- Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization.

- Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or relevant analytics software.

Project Management:

- Proven experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

- Ability to create project plans, set milestones, and track progress.

- Effective resource allocation and time management skills.

Communication:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to translate complex analytics concepts into actionable insights for decision-makers.

Team Collaboration:

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts.

- Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication among team members.

Data Governance:

- Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality, and data privacy regulations.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant data policies.

Responsibilities:-

Project Planning:

- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership:

- Assemble and lead project teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and other relevant roles.

- Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members.

Data Analysis:

- Oversee data collection, preparation, and analysis, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

- Interpret data to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

Reporting and Visualization:

- Create and present data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to convey insights to stakeholders.

Documentation:

- Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements, methodologies, and project outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and project management.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and quality.
