What you will deliver:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet KPIs and maintain high performance.
- Recruitment Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely, high-quality placements across client accounts.
- Role/Recruitment Allocation: Collaborate with Team Leader to allocate recruitment roles based on complexity, timelines, and specialization.
- Technical Screening: Conduct hands-on technical screening for IT, engineering, and healthcare roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- CRM & Reporting: Use CRM/ATS tools to track recruitment processes, maintain client records, and generate performance reports.
- US Talent Market Expertise: Stay updated on US hiring trends, sourcing strategies, visa requirements, and compliance in IT, engineering, and healthcare staffing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, managing expectations and providing strategic recruitment advice.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to align recruitment efforts with client needs and streamline processes.
- Account Mining: Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and enhance client satisfaction through additional services and insights.
- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US laws and internal policies, maintaining high service standards.
Must Haves for the Role:
- 6-8 years in US staffing, with expertise in IT and Non-IT recruitment (Engineering & Healthcare).
- Leadership experience required.
- Strong knowledge of technical screening for both IT and non-IT roles, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Proven experience in sourcing talent for the US, including knowledge of visa requirements (e.g., H-1B, TN, L-1) and industry certifications.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters to drive performance and maintain a positive culture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/ATS systems for managing pipelines, reports, and client accounts.
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in managing and expanding client accounts.
- Willingness to work the specified shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST) to align with US working hours
