We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Assistant to support our team in preparing and managing tenders for solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the entire tendering process, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups, while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals for solar projects.
• Coordinate with various internal teams (technical, legal, and procurement) to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
• Review tender documents to ensure compliance with client requirements and statutory regulations.
• Maintain and track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Manage all tender-related documentation and communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and monitor ongoing tendering activities in the solar sector.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for quotes and technical clarifications.
• Prepare and update tender templates, forms, and documentation.
• Maintain a database of tender submissions and relevant reports.
• Provide administrative support for bid management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in tendering or procurement, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems, technology, and project requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
